En 2008, un flash devant la vitrine d'un bâtiment du début du XIX siècle dans la vieille ville de la Chaux-de-Fonds me révèle un lieu dédié au chocolat. Mon envie irrésistible d'un espace "chocolat" prend forme et la Chocolatine ouvre sa porte le 13 février 2009 grâce aux rencontres, découvertes et encouragements.graph.
